Any club, organization or individual who orders through Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. acknowledges and agrees to the terms, conditions, regulations and policies set forth within this section.

 Ordering Information and Art

To order, follow the ordering process of the item.  After submitting your order, you will receive a virtual sample of your art for approval along with your order number.  Please do not send inappropriate art that depicts irresponsible alcohol consumption, discrimination, hazing, or profanity.  If our professional staff deems the art inappropriate, Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. will not print your order unless written authorization is given by the president or the advisor of the chapter.    Please note that not all items can be ordered online.  Some orders may need to be made by calling our toll free number 1-800-432-8677.

 Our professional art staff will help you create that special art for your event.  Art design costs are figured into the products.  Any designs that are created that are not part of the design gallery and not ordered within 2 weeks will be charged a $50.00 art fee.  Some items require a $25.00 setup fee.  Items shown as sets require a $35.00 setup fee.  If sending your art electronically, please send them in the following formats (.ai, .cdr, .eps, .tif).

 CHECK ALL ARTWORK CAREFULLY.  Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. is not responsible for any misspellings in artwork that has been approved and discovered after printing.

 Intial ordering/Add-ons

To place an order that requires a 1 time add-on date, please call 1-800-432-8677.  Orders with add-ons cannot be placed over the web.  Initial orders allow Favor-IT to produce a virtual sample of the art and schedule the order for production.  An add-on date will be given at the time of ordering.  Call back on or before your add-on date to finalize the sizes and quantities of your order.  Please consider using the add-on method to eliminate delays in your order.  Ordering extra pieces is a good idea for those members who delayed or procrastinated in the initial ordering stages.

 Payment Information

Acceptable payments include Visa, MasterCard, money orders, organizational checks, personal checks and cashiers checks.  A credit card number may be given to confirm an order for those orders that cannot wait for a check. Please make out all checks to Favor-IT Promotions, Inc.  Please put your order number on the memo section of your check.  If you do not have your order number, please call on professional staff at 1-800-432-8677 to request one.  A $35.00 fee will be assessed for any returned checks or disputed credit card charges.

 Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS or by Truck for the larger orders.  Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.  Damages must be reported within 72 hours.  No refunds will be given for any damages.  All breakage will be replaced.  We cannot guarantee that the replacements will arrive prior to your event.  Apparel products are counted a minimum of 3 times and inspected by our professional staff to insure accuracy and quality control.  In the event of a rare occurrence of a shortage or a product defect, Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. will refund the difference promptly.  Favor-IT promotions, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any delays due to carrier negligence or weather conditions.

 Production Time

Most items will be shipped with 7-10 working days.  Please allow for UPS transit time.  Orders that require a rush service for those last minute events will be charged $30.00 for the first item and $15.00 for each additional item.  Not all items are available for the rush service, please call or professional staff at 1-800-432-8677 to check on availability.

Any club or organization that places an order with Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. acknowledges it has the authorization for reproduction of its logos, crests insignias or designs for its own use.  Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. cannot be held liable for any violation of any law, judicial decision, rule, regulation, ordinance, franchise or similar arrangements, informal or formal, oral or written relating to trademarks, copyrights or service marks.  Any artwork sent in is non-returnable and becomes property of Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. and may be used in future marketing material unless given prior notice in writing at the time of order.  The depiction of any logo, name, designs on our website or printed catalog are for demonstration purposes only and does not imply and licenses with any pictured organizations have been made.  Some products shown on this website may not be deemed suitable or appropriate for some organizations.  Please check with your organization before ordering.
